RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MADE SIMPLE
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If it doesn’t fit, or it’s just not what you expected we are happy to refund or exchange your order for another product or size.
Please return your product within 30 days of the order. If past 30 days, we can consider exceptions, but please contact us first. 30 Day return policy is only applicable to online store orders due to shipping time.
Please ship to our returns address below. Include with your order a copy of your original invoice, with clear instructions on the exchange needed or refund. Please supply a contact phone number and email. We will then contact you for the payment on the shipping charges to you and if there is a price difference, if the product is not available we will issue a refund. If shipped within the UAE there is a flat fee of 30 AED for shipping, international products will be quoted before shipping.
A few disclaimers. Products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition. Tags must be attached to all clothing. Clothing must have not been worn or washed. Other items, including parts, must be in the original undamaged packaging, complete with all items.
Due to strict Safety regulations, Helmets cannot be returned/exchanged. Service manuals, installed parts and accessories cannot be returned/exchanged. Please contact us first if you have concerns or questions about your return.
Any original shipping costs are not refunded. Sales items are not returnable.
